Ascend Health is a specialist exercise rehabilitation centre providing supervised, evidence-based exercise programmes for individuals with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. We accept referrals from medical specialists, general practitioners, and allied health professionals, and work closely with referrers to ensure safe, individualised, and goal-directed care.

We see patients in our Clinic in Auckland and also offer tele-health services for those nationwide

Referrals can be submitted electronically through our website or SR Referrals, emailed to info@ascendhealth.co.nz, or patients may self-refer.
